The whole idea

One tap, not six.

Other apps make you unlock your phone, open the app, and hunt for your dose. Meanwhile, the moment is gone. PillBox resolves the dose right here and now, as the reminder happens. PillBox closes the executive function gap.

Reminders that don’t give up

Reminders that don’t give up on you.

And reminders that don’t nag.

Persistent nudges that work with you. Miss the first reminder and PillBox follows up, then keeps checking in at your pace. The whole reminder schedule is yours to shape: how often it nudges, and when it finally stops.

Your meds are your business

Nobody sees your data. Not even us.

Medication data is about as personal as it gets.
PillBox keeps all of it on your phone. No sign-up, no account, everything local.

No account

Nothing to sign up for

No account, no cloud, no sign-in. There’s nothing to leak, because there’s nothing stored anywhere but your phone.

Zero network requests

It never talks to the internet

PillBox makes no network requests at all. Even the Australian medicines database is bundled in the app rather than looked up online.

On-device only

Encrypted on your iPhone

Your medication list and dose history live in iOS-encrypted storage on your device. No analytics, no tracking, no profiling.

Your data, yours to take

Private does not mean stuck. Back up everything as a single file (JSON) to move to a new phone, or share your medication list or full dose history as clean Markdown for your doctor. Your data leaves your phone only when you choose to send it.

Apple’s own words, on Apple’s storefront

Everything PillBox needs is already in the app: your data, the Australian PBS medicine database, and even these help articles. Nothing is ever fetched. So its App Store privacy label reads “Data Not Collected”, verified by Apple, not a claim we made. Read the full privacy policy →

Today

Your whole day, in the right order.

Overdue first, then what’s next, then later today. Taken and skipped doses sink to the bottom. Colour-code by medication for identity, or by urgency. Your system, your call.

Doses in context

Doses timed from when you actually take them.

Any dose can be scheduled relative to your last one instead of fixed to the clock. Take it late and the whole schedule slides with you, so you’re never nudged into doubling up. As-needed medicines are just one case.

Australian medicine data

Australian PBS & AMT data, built in.

Search by name, brand, or active ingredient, and PillBox fills in the rest — pulling structured detail from two official sources, the PBS and the Australian Medicines Terminology (AMT). Both come bundled in the app and update periodically, so it stays private and works fully offline.

Attribution

Australian medicine data is sourced from two official datasets, published by the Department of Health and Aged Care (the PBS) and the Australian Digital Health Agency (the AMT, part of SNOMED CT-AU), and redistributed unmodified. © Commonwealth of Australia. PillBox is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department, the Australian Digital Health Agency, Services Australia, or the PBS. Cost figures are general context, not a personalised quote, and PillBox is not medical advice.

Available everywhere you glance

On your lock screen, home screen, and Dynamic Island.

Home-screen widgets come in two sizes with Take and Skip built in. Open PillBox ahead of a dose and a live countdown sits on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, flipping to a red count-up if you run late. Give each dose its own sound, so you know which medicine is due without looking. All of it configurable.

History and the household

Proof, not guesswork.

PillBox keeps an honest record: your adherence, every dose and how it was resolved, and corrections that leave a trail instead of rewriting history. Export both your medication list and your full history as clean Markdown to take to your next appointment.

Profiles for the whole family. Including the dog.

Separate medications, schedules, and history for each person or pet on one phone: You, Mum, Buddy. Everyone’s reminders keep firing, whoever you’re looking at.

Built by Logic Foundry

PillBox is designed, built, and shipped by Logic Foundry.

Privacy isn’t a policy bolted on at the end. It’s in the architecture: nothing leaves the device by design, except when you choose to export or share it.

PillBox was built with our AI-orchestrated delivery method: full specs, design, build, automated and human testing, UAT, and deployment, on feature branches with every SDLC artifact you’d expect: planning, prototypes, schema, version control, reviews, merges. It works alongside our developers, amplifying the team rather than replacing it.

We build operational systems: before AI, and with it now.
